Fueled with a passion for cooking, Chef Daniel realized at a young age that embarking on a career in the culinary field was the obvious choice. In 2002, after completing his formal education in Andalusia, southern Spain, he immediately started his professional career. In 2013, Chef Daniel relocated to the UAE and played a pivotal role in the opening of two restaurants, and later on joined the acclaimed restaurant El Sur owned by Sunset Hospitality Group at the Westin Hotel Mina Seyahi in 2015. He then moved to Zuma Dubai and later to Jumeirah Beach Hotel, before re-joining Sunset Hospitality Group once in 2019 as Head Chef of Lola Taberna Española.
